Symptoms

Fungal growht can appear with high humidity of the substrate and surroundings.

Cause

  • Condense
  • Watering in
  • Bad ventilation

Solutions

Take measurements that lead to drying of the substrate (and remaining dry of the substrate). Clean old paint layers and apply a fitting top coat. On inorganic substrates a fungicidal wall paint shall be applied, e.g. [Alpha(tex) Schimmelwerend].
